We are seeking a dynamic Platform Engineering Lead to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in building Azure pipelines and integrating them into GitHub. This position offers the opportunity to lead a talented team while driving process automation and streamlining platforms.
Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-7 tier 1 and tier 2 engineers in end-user computer support.
• Build Azure pipelines and integrate them into GitHub.
• Drive process automation and streamline platform operations.
• Oversee device deployment and management.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Leasing Platform and address production issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation and migration to cloud-based services.

Skills

• Hands-on experience in leading engineering teams.
• Strong background in platform engineering, particularly with Windows.
• Proficiency in building Azure pipelines and integrating with GitHub.
• Experience in process automation with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with M365 and ideally Google Workspace.
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) device management.
• Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud migration, particularly to AWS.
• Knowledge of node, React, and Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
