Location: US:WI:SHEBOYGAN at our SHEBOYGAN SOUTH TAYLOR CLINIC facility.

This job is ON - SITE.

FTE: 0.500000

Shift: 1st

Schedule: Variable times from 7am - 5pm and 6:45aam - 12pm

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non-technical, and clerical functions. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

• Completion of approved Phlebotomy program including clinicals with a minimum of 100 draws OR 6 months of related health care experience including direct patient contact.
• Phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory/phlebotomy setting, inpatient and/or outpatient draws, preferred.

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of approved Phlebotomy Training program.
