Our client, a higher education institute located in the Boston area, is seeking a Part Time Production Assistant to join their team for 3+ months. The hours for this role are 10am-3:30pm- totaling 20 per week, and it is compensating $24 an hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities:

• Help run copy jobs that are ready for print in a production queue on available copy machines.
• Track copy jobs in the system to ensure they are completed.
• Assist with bindery and finishing of the product.
• During busy times, will need to assist with deliveries around campus.
• Will not be responsible for interacting with customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills in order to build relationships and work well with everyone on the team.
• Flexible, a team player, and able to work well under tight deadlines.
• Copy/print experience is not required, but relevant experience is strongly desired- can include working in a corporate copy/print department or on the retail side such as at Staples or Kinkos.
• Experience working with web-based programs.
• Experience working with Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
