Job Description:
ECS is seeking an OSINT Report Analyst to join our Tampa, FL team in support of an intelligence related program.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.
Duties of the OSINT Report Analyst include:
- Formalize and standardize OSINT reporting across the enterprise ensuring they are structured and documented according to established guidelines.
- Collaboration with OSINT Collectors and stakeholders across the organization.
- Serialize and disseminate OSINT reporting from across multiple echelons and organizations.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of collected intelligence meets the required standards suitable for dissemination.
- Conduct OSINT collection as required to complete reports or to provide up-to-date information.
- Maintain collection logs, metrics, and statistics of reports.
Required Skills: - Must be a U.S. Citizen per contract.
- Must possess a current TS/SCI.
- Must have Bachelor's Degree OR a minimum of 5 years experience in OSINT.
- Must have strong writing and grammar skills.
- Must have effective time management skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Desired Skills: - Experience with collaboration across DoD entities.
- Experience working within the Open Source environment, and managed attribution.
- Ability to perform Tier 1 troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Commercial Off the Shelf Open Source tools.
- Familiarity with Intelligence report dissemination platforms.
- Familiarity with intelligence collection methods, source evaluation, and the intelligence cycle
- Strong Research skills.
