Our client, a software company, is seeking an Order Management Specialist in their New York office. The hours are 9:00am - 6pm (flexibility to work overtime) with three days in the office and two remote.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between departments and customers
• Oversee the order process from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring both accuracy and timely delivery
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, responding quickly to questions
• Manage billing procedures for financial accuracy
• Analyze and report on orders for efficient operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $75K base depending on experience
• PTO: 15 days throughout the year, all holidays
• Strong medical benefits plan
• Ability to work remotely for up to 4 weeks throughout the year
