Environmental Conditions
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Pay: $16.50

Working Shift:Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to determine efficient workflow processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Accurately document production data and maintain detailed records.
• Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the final products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime if required.
