Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is partnering with our client on an Operations Manager role in SE Wisconsin. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our food packaging facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the food packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the packaging facility, ensuring production schedules are met.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring materials are available for production and managing supply chain logistics.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food manufacturing or packaging industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in inventory management software.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
