Office Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office environment.
- Manage all incoming calls and provide prompt responses to inquiries.
- Coordinate the preparation and scheduling of property tours, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Provide administrative support for commercial transactions, handling documentation and logistics.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records.
- Manage office supplies, liaise with IT for equipment needs, and ensure a well-equipped workspace.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, facilitating a positive start for new team members.
- Organize in-house or off-site activities to enhance team cohesion and morale.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly adapt to other software platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Solid understanding of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred, but not required).
