Location: Huntsville, AL
Salary: $99.99 USD Hourly - $100.00 USD Hourly
Description:
Schedule: At least 2-3 days a week & 10-15 total visits
Compensation: $100 per assessment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home health risk assessments
- Conducting wellness exams, A1C testing, and using a portable eye camera.
- Document patient encounters in EMR system
- Educate patients on chronic conditions, preventative care, and medication adherence
- Collaborate with supervising physician and healthcare team
- Participate in clinical meetings and trainings
- Family NP required (Adult NP considered if no pediatric patients will be seen)
- Board certified by ANCC or AANP
- Active/unrestricted NP license in practicing state
- Proficiency with MS Office and various computer applications
- Must have own car with adequate insurance
- Home internet connection required
- New graduates welcome
