Location: Carson City, NV
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Nurse Medical Mgmt I

Temp nurses for outpatient to do prior authorization (Home healthcare referrals, DME's, Pain management, Home infusion)

Reason for need - Trying to get caught up on turnaround times - membership has increased due to COVID

Review volume may fluctuate (ex: pain management takes longer) but ideally try to do about 20-25 per day

Background/Skillsets/Requirements:

Knowledge of CPT codes

NV RN license required (can have temp license)

At least 2 years of Nursing experience

Previous prior auth experience/clinical background

Ability to cross train

Flexible and willing to learn

Timeline/Interviews:

Will conduct phone interviews

Virtual training will be provided and all equipment will be shipped to temps home.

Schedule: 8-5pm PST / can be located anywhere but must work hours in PST since this is based in Las Vegas

Location - since candidates can be located anywhere, please refer to rate card to determine most appropriate rate based on where the candidate resides.
