Myers and Stauffer LC is a certified public accounting and health and human services consulting firm, specializing in audit, accounting, data management and consulting services to government-sponsored health care programs (primarily state Medicaid agencies, and the federal Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services). Position Overview:

The Campus Recruiting Coordinator will work directly with the Campus Recruiting Team to facilitate the full campus recruiting lifecycle for all firm locations. As a key member of our Campus Recruiting Team, you will be instrumental in attracting and engaging top-tier talent from colleges and universities across the country.

Essential Functions:
  • Plan, manage, and help execute large-scale campus interview days; including creating schedules, scheduling candidates, reserving space, confirming candidate travel, assisting with on-site logistics, and troubleshooting solutions
  • Work alongside Campus Recruiting Team to plan, support, and coordinate campus recruiting events; including creating and developing necessary marketing materials, digital resources, presentations, etc.
  • Build, execute, and maintain a campus-focused social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, and strategic messaging
  • Assist Marketing team to generate, edit, and publish social media content
  • Efficiently coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with offices nationwide utilizing Outlook calendars, contacting candidates and hiring managers, and reserving meeting spaces
  • Represent Myers and Stauffer brand through all communications with applicants, candidates, University career centers, and other external vendors
  • Provide operational support by utilizing tools such as an application tracking system and other technologies to enhance processes and efficiency
  • Serve as a resource for interns throughout their internship by providing support during on-boarding, performance evaluations, and the full-time offer process upon successful completion of their internship
  • Work as a team player with a sense of urgency, the capacity to multi-task/prioritize, and ability to handle confidential information while managing multiple priorities
  • Use University job boards to post positions, source candidates, register for campus events, and send targeted messaging
  • Assist Campus Recruiting Team to create virtual and in-person intern engagement strategies
  • Gain proficiency in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to create and manage requisitions
  • Screen resumes andconduct initial candidate phone screens to assess applicant qualifications in relation to job criteria
  • Administer special projects as requested and communicate status
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, various software programs, and social media platforms
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet assigned timelines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to handle confidential information and data sensitively
  • High standards and attention to detail including an eye for formatting and aesthetics
  • Strong planning, execution, and time management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate appropriate decision-making, and receive feedback
  • Passion for working with University students
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
The Team:
Myers and Stauffer takes pride in the welcoming and collaborative culture we have throughout our offices. For this position, the employee will report to the Campus Recruiting Manager on the Human Resources team.

Work Style:
Our general business hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, but can vary based on business needs. Dependent on performance, our in-office associates are eligible for a hybrid work schedule after their initial 90-day training period. As a company, we are always willing to discuss potential flexibility that an employee may need to better suit their work-life wellbeing.
