At our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Springfield, MA, you'll provide outcome-driven care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and their families.

What You'll Do:

As a CBHC Therapist, you will collaborate with person-centered care teams to deliver evidence-based services in a vibrant, collaborative urban setting. Your work will include providing therapy, assessments, and care coordination to help clients achieve their goals and improve their relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and skills training to children, adolescents, and families
• Conduct walk-in assessments and provide follow-up care as clinically indicated
• Develop collaborative treatment plans and measure progress toward outcomes
• Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and continuing education
• Provide services in various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, or via telehealth
• Commit to a team-based, goal-directed approach to client care

What You'll Bring:

• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required)
• Independent Licensure or license-eligible and working toward licensure (required)
• Massachusetts CANS certification (required prior to start date)
• Experience providing clinical services to children, adolescents, or adults (required)
• Familiarity with EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft Office (required)
• Willingness to provide walk-in care, assessments, and evidence-based treatment for short-term care as needed
• Internship or professional experience in an outpatient setting (preferred)
