As our Medical Records Specialist, you'll play a vital role in gathering, organizing, and managing essential medical records for personal injury cases. Your work ensures our legal team has the accurate, up-to-date medical information they need to build strong cases for our clients.

Request & Retrieve: Reach out to healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics to obtain necessary medical records ??.

Organize with Precision: Maintain both electronic and physical files, keeping everything accessible and orderly ???.

Quality Control: Review records to ensure accuracy and completeness before they're needed in case preparation ?.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with case managers, paralegals, and attorneys to ensure every detail is in place for client cases ??.

Provider Communication: Contact healthcare providers to clear up any issues with records and ensure smooth access ??.

Privacy First: Handle all records with strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance ??.

Stay Updated: Track each request in our case management system to keep everything on schedule ??.
