YOUR ROLE

Ensures the accurate and timely delivery of our customers' products. An Order Picker must have good attendance, must show attendance to detail and maintain the highest quality at all times. Responsible for performing a variety of warehouse tasks and duties. The candidate will perform duties as assigned under the direction of management. Daily administrative functions to ensure the achievement of daily/monthly performance and safety goals. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Picks orders based on daily requirements.
  • Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Keeps products separated and organized in all containers.
  • Reports any issues with the picking equipment (e.g., cart malfunctions).
  • Utilizes a continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
  • Other duties as required and assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience working in similar role in picking and packing orders preferred.
  • Team player/detailed oriented.
  • Ability to perform physically intensive labor including the associate is regularly required to talk; hear; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle and/or feel; reach with hands and arms; be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk for periods of time and stand for periods of time.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
  • Must be able to perform duties in a warehouse environment while working closely with others, working well in busy conditions which may be noisy at times.
  • Ability to take direction and work in accordance to set standards of performance, quality and safety.
