The Marketing Program Manager for Global Accounts will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of subject matter experts dedicated to growing sales of SEL solutions with target accounts and markets. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing program and executing campaigns that drive measurable growth and advance customers through the sales funnel.

As a Marketing Program Manager, a typical day might include the following:

• Meeting with stakeholders across divisions to discuss sales priorities and pipeline, customer perspectives, go-to-market plans, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  

• Creating project proposals, marketing briefs, and content plans that distill key market information, messaging, and strategic objectives into actionable guidance for creative teams and marketing operations.
  

• Researching target customer audiences and creating ideal-customer-profiles for account-based marketing campaigns.
  

• Identifying market trends and opportunities by analyzing marketing performance and customer engagement data.
  

• Developing detailed reporting on marketing activities and campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  

• Collaborating closely with colleagues in Content Marketing, Operations, Digital Marketing, Events & Customer Education, and Technical Marketing.

Additional Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in a B2B marketing role.
  

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or economics. Master's degree preferred.

Pay Range Data

New hires typically start between $58,200.00 - $91,200.00. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
