About the role

Slalom is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking marketing manager to drive global marketing campaign strategy and delivery for our unique strategic initiatives. In this dynamic role, you'll set the campaign vision, build the roadmap, and execute plans to elevate our brand and attract qualified opportunities. You'll participate in project-based teams to execute strategic campaign plans, ensuring tight alignment with stakeholders. Your campaigns will support the team in growing and expanding accounts and crafting memorable client experiences. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on a high-growth, innovative team, working closely with various stakeholders to drive results and elevate our brand.

What You'll Do

  • Create campaign roadmaps: Build and drive the vision for campaigns for new strategic initiatives, ensuring they align with overall marketing goals. Create comprehensive plans for campaign execution, including timelines, budgets, and key milestones aligned to the audience and customer journey.
  • Build and execute campaigns: Lead campaign execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery, heavily leaning in to roll up your sleeves, build, and execute across applicable marketing and sales channels including Pardot, Salesforce, and more.
  • Segment target audiences: Identify and segment target audiences to tailor campaign messaging and strategies effectively.
  • Optimize campaign performance: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to enhance results.
  • Perform strategic customer and marketing analyses: Uncover high-potential user segments and better understand their needs, identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement, and uncover and leverage new emerging channels to better personalize and accelerate value based off strategic initiative needs and goals.
  • Create compelling content: Partner with our content and creative team to develop engaging assets that resonate with our target audiences and drive engagement. Test asset performance and update content in line with learnings.
  • Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Lead through influence to drive business outcomes.
  • Communicate campaign progress: Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Stay innovative: Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in marketing, incorporating fresh ideas into campaigns.
What You'll Bring
  • B2B marketing experience: 7+ years' experience in developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that effectively support organizational objectives.
  • Strategic acumen: Ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, including audience segmentation, goal setting, and ROI demonstration.
  • Integrated marketing: Solid understanding of brand marketing and advertising, including events, sponsorships, internal communications, research, media relations, and campaign types.
  • Stakeholder management: Proven success in winning over stakeholders and navigating diverse relationships.
  • Exceptional communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across cultures and geographies; a real, down-to-earth communicator who inspires action.
  • Budget management: Experience managing budgets and handling contract negotiations.
  • People-first approach: Genuine passion for empowering teams and driving collective success.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to navigate complex challenges with creativity and confidence.
  • Detail-oriented: Agile delivery skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Educational background: Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • MarTech knowledge: Familiarity with B2B tools like Salesforce and Pardot preferred.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $110,000-140,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
