Job Summary
The Manager, Talent Management is responsible for driving strategic talent and development initiatives, which includes leading the enterprise's talent practices in assessing skills, capabilities, and performance, and providing support for programs and tools to develop and retain top talent. Leveraging systems and processes in direct collaboration with HR business partners, this position will lead the strategy implementation and ongoing oversight of the company's talent and performance management needs and will develop plans that result in the achievement of business objectives through enhanced performance.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of talent management initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.
• Collaborate with leaders and HR business partners to identify key talent and create individual development plans (IDPs) that align with organizational goals.
• Implement and manage performance management processes that encourage continuous development and align with organizational objectives.
• Design and maintain talent review and succession planning processes for key roles within the organization, ensuring readiness for leadership transitions.
• Identify high-potential employees and create targeted development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
• Lead Learning and Development (L&D) function to design and deliver training and recruiting programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and professional growth.
• Lead Talent Acquistion function that provides experience from recruitment to onboarding, development, and retention that is cohesive and aligned with the employee value proposition of Zeus.
• Lead the development and implementation of leadership development programs with ability to measure overall program effectiveness.
• Implement initiatives to improve employee retention, including career development programs, mentorship opportunities, and recognition programs. Key collaborative initiatives include competency modeling and alignment to skills, skill mapping to job families and functions, and system enhancements as applicable.
• Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to track key performance indicators related to performance management, employee development, and retention with a focus on talent trends and recommend strategies to address talent gaps.
• Work closely with HR business partners and senior leadership to align talent management initiatives with business needs.
• Lead talent and performance management projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in talent management and organizational development in similar size company.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology or related fields preferred. Masters preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of performance management systems, tools, and processes. Familiarity with setting performance metrics, KPIs, and evaluation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated expertise in talent strategy, executive coaching, workforce planning, and leading large-scale change management initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of talent management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices, as well as workforce planning, employee development, and retention strategies.
• Proficiency with HRIS and talent management software (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday). Knowledge of system implementation and administration.
• Ability to align talent and performance management strategies with organizational goals. Skilled in long-term planning and visioning.
