Mid-Level Designer, Walmart Creative Studio, Marketplace (Style team)
Location: Hoboken NJ (Full-time, in-office)
Mid-level designer with 3-5 years' experience. Responsible for working with vendor-supplied imagery to align with the look, tone, and feel of the Marketplace campaign.
Assists Senior Designer and Associate Design Director in varied graphic design projects, appreciates the purpose of an effective grid structure, and has a strong interest for all things creative (Fashion, Home/Interiors, and Beauty-a plus).
What you'll do:

Brand Consistency
Study and maintain brand consistency throughout all the work created. Examples of this would be shown within the development of work within the Discovery campaign, along with the production of digital and print materials.

Research/Collaboration
Stay up to date with design trends and best practices. Enjoys participating in group brainstorms and can contribute ideas on how to solve various design obstacles-a team player.

Organization/Efficiency
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills. Capable of working on multiple projects concurrently in a very fast paced environment, ensuring that quality deliverables are achieved on time.

Teamwork/Communication
Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines. Enjoys working with others and collaborating with a positive attitude. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
What you'll bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in a designer role (a mix of agency and in-house experience strongly preferred).
- College degree: BA or BFA preferred in Graphic Design or advertising.
- Expert knowledge of design, typography, photography, layout principles, and production process.
- Proficient knowledge with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, AfterEffects), Figma, Keynote, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated, managing projects effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
