Description:
Are you a passionate and experienced Maintenance Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

As our client's Maintenance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of their production facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and Developing Your Team: Overseeing hiring, training, and evaluation of maintenance technicians to foster a high-performing and engaged team.
• Ensuring Operational Excellence: Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment uptime, minimize downtime, and meet production targets.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhering to strict regulatory standards (GMP, HACCP, USDA) while prioritizing employee safety and product quality.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules to proactively address equipment needs and minimize downtime.
• Inventory Management: Collaborating with the Parts Manager to ensure adequate inventory levels and optimize costs.
• Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving complex maintenance issues to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 7+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical systems knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• In-depth understanding of GMPs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
