Overview
Positionis responsible for managing all aspects of our Lynx technology relationship with our oncology and multi-specialty customers. The technology account manager develops, grows, and maintains his/ her territory relationships and coordinates and collaborates with various business units within the company to ensure client requests are handled swiftly and successfully.
The Lynx Technology Account Manager specifically manages the day to day relationship of territory clients in the support and use of the Lynx inventory management system. He/she demonstrates current knowledge of the application along with understanding of appropriate workflow and all necessary practice support.
The account manager actively participates in the implementation process of accounts in his/ her territory to help facilitate clear transitionfrom implementation to accountmanagement and to contribute to the success of both the implementation and the overall adoption of Lynx and other McKesson technologies. The Lynx Technology Account Manager will also lead all large new-business implementations in his/ her region.
Supports and adheres to the McKesson Compliance Program, to include Code of Ethics and BusinessStandards.
