YOUR ROLE:

Guaranteed the timely and accurate reporting of all data of the assigned operations. Evaluates the operational and financial performance of the assigned operations (warehousing or transportation) and points out improvements and corrective actions to be made to different levels within the organization. Creates improved tools together with the other team members to improve efficiency and reach of the Business Performance Management-team.

What are you going to do?

• Guarantees that the data used to drive the business is in line with corporate standards and guidelines.

• Supervising the on-time delivery and accuracy of all operational data and reports to meet business needs.

• Performs detailed analysis on the received data, using existing tools, and identifies current and future issues with operational and financial performance.

• Challenges the operations during meetings/conference calls about their current performance, corrective actions, and future improvements.

• Prepares reports and presentations for senior management regarding ongoing issues, recommendations, and possible room for improvement

• Delivers adhoc reports in various formats depending on the business needs

• Works closely together with team members to assure timely delivery of high-quality operational reports

• Suggest Operational improvements using Kaizen both within the department as in the field

• Assists the operations in getting support from other departments

• Supports the rollout of new programs by actively working on these with Global HQ, training the users and giving user-support after roll-out.

What are we looking for?

• High level of understanding of operational factors driving a warehousing and transportation business

• Average level of understand of Cost-structure of 3PL operations and capability to quicky identify issues

• Developing specialized analytics, reports and communications within finance and business.

• Able to manage rollouts/projects

• Optimize use of systems and databases for business management.

• Determining metrics and measurements for business programs.

• Communicating to different levels and departments thru the company and where needed present the solution to a senior audience

• Strong team player able to function in very dynamic setting requiring flexibility to meet business needs

• Operating in a both a team and individual contributor environment.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management with focus on warehousing or equivalent education and experience.

• Five years of experience, including some specialized or complex work.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint

• Master's Degree in related field and Proficient in QlikView/ DataLake-structures are preferred

Skills:
