Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM until completion.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all SOP's outlined in Engineered Standards to complete entire process of pick, pack, and ship while maintaining required standard in each function are followed.
• Various job duties as assigned by supervisor in other areas as dictated by work volume
• Replenishment of stock in assigned section(s)
• Assist with Emergency Replenishment and put-a-way
• Removal of outdated or salvage stock
• Relabeling and housekeeping duties
• Maintenance of workstation including, housekeeping, proper storage of goods and ensuring correct labels for merchandise locations
• Maintain the integrity of the inventory.
• Responsible for counting locations and clearing routes.
• Ensuring that all SOP's are followed

Minimum Requirements:

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.

Critical Requirements:

• Forklift Experience Required
• Lead Experience Preferred
• Provide guidance and directions.
• Understand strengths and weaknesses of the team.
• Knows how to organize.
• Leading with courage /problem solving skills /conflict resolution.
• Lead with ICARE ILEAD in mind
• Teamwork mindset
• Computer literate

Additional Requirements:

• Working Knowledge of Material Handling issues; Basic reading, writing, addition, and subtraction skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform lifting (weight varies based on product).

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$17.63 - $29.39
