Summary: Partners with Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) and Deputy Chief Diversity Officer (DCDO) in the enforcement and monitoring of policies and procedures in place to ensure proactive measures to prevent discrimination as required by Roswell Park policies and procedures and Federal, State and local statutes; serves as a subject matter expert in federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and anti-harassment laws and policies; leads highly complex, sensitive, and multi-faceted investigations of discrimination or harassment allegations made by employees, patients, contractors, and community members. The salary range for this position is $84,246 -$105,255 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications:Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in conducting Title VI, Title VII, equal employment, confidential, or workplace investigations; or
2. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in conducting Title VI, Title VII, equal employment, confidential, or workplace investigations; or
3. Associate's degree and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in conducting Title VI, Title VII, equal employment, confidential, or workplace investigations; or
4. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of nine (9) years of full-time experience in conducting Title VI, Title VII, equal employment, confidential, or workplace investigations.
NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have over 10 years of investigative experience, knowledge of federal and state law applications and experience with crisis intervention/de-escalation. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have experience with community relations, government relations and experience and involvement in promoting diversity.
