Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Seeking a Landscape Architect in Silver Spring, MD area! The candidate will be responsible for working on a range of small to large projects including residential, mixed use, commercial and institutional.
Responsibilities:
Direct mentorship of junior staff and working with coworkers to develop design drawings
Environmental assessments of sites and preparation of plans for approval
Meetings with clients and agencies for understanding of development design, and review approval process
Work in a team environment
Participate in organizations and activities related to industry and contribute to marketing efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape/Architect required
3 - 5+ years in site planning and landscape design
Graphic design presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Photoshop, Sketch-up
Site grading skills required
Autodesk Civil 3D experience
Familiar with Office Suite
