Compensation: $26.78/hr-$39.29/hr dep on license

The ITCD (Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring disorders) Specialist will be responsible for providing specialized services for the treatment of co-occurring substance use and mental illness to individuals enrolled in the Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities Include:
* Service provision based on multidisciplinary rehabilitation plan to include, but not limited to, assessing level/stage of treatment, administering assessment tools, providing individual co-occurring counseling, arranging and providing co-occurring educational and process counseling groups, preparing and/or participating in development of individualized treatment plans and treatment reviews
* Providing outreach and engagement services as needed
* Providing CPRC community support services as indicated in the consumer's treatment plan
* Assist in the assessment and documentation of consumer eligibility for services
* Responsible for appropriate documentation and recording within the case record according to policy
* Participate in ongoing clinical supervision
* Participate in weekly team meetings
* Assist client with transportation as clinically indicated; Driving is an essential function of this position
* Other duties as assigned
* High School/GED required
* Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation/vocational/pastoral counseling, family therapy or closely related field preferred
Or
* Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology required, if licensed.
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be one of the following:
o QMHP - a person who has completed a practicum or at least one (1) year of experience under the supervision of a QMHP. *All experience must include working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities
o QAP - a person who is certified or registered with one of the following credentials as per the Missouri Credentialing Board; (CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, CCDP, CCDP-D, RADC, and RADC-P)
* One (1) year of training or supervised experience in substance abuse treatment required
o If less than one (1) year of experience is obtained in providing co-occurring disorder treatment then person shall be actively acquiring 24 hours of training in co-occurring content and receive supervision from experienced co-occurring staff as approved by the department
* A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with provisional or full licensure OR Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP) required
Or
Must hold one of the following licenses in MO: PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT or LMFT
