IDR is seeking a IT Systems Analyst for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Rochester, MN. This is a 9 month remote contract role. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Regularly meet with clients to coordinate project efforts and manage backlog grooming in an Agile environment.

• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and communicate concerns to project leadership.

• Simplify complex technical terminology for management and staff, while developing and maintaining various levels of architecture (conceptual, logical, physical).

• Provide technical advice to senior managers, recommend system optimizations, and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the Enterprise Architect and IT teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years technology or business administration experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Business Management or related field preferred
• 3+ years of technical troubleshooting
• 3+ years of Power Automate
• Strong Experience with Sharepoint Advanced and Excel
