Job Title: IT Support (Level 1-2)
Location: 100% onsite nearby Moreno Valley, CA
Employment Type: Direct-hire
Compensation: $25.00 to 28.50 per hour (based on experience)

(L1-2) IT Support Technician

• Phone Queue and Remote User Support.
• Basic Windows OS Desktop Support and Troubleshooting.
• Basic Branch and Office Equipment Support and Troubleshooting.
• Maintains Inventory, IT Equipment, and supplies.
• Basic Hardware and Software Support and Troubleshooting.
• 2-3 years IT Support experience - in-person, over the phone/remote support
