As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.
Essential Functions
As intern you will participate in impactful projects such as: Mapping and managing permitting and licensing processes to ensure compliance. Organizing and maintaining the SharePoint data room for better data management. Updating vendor and company organizational charts to reflect current structures. Acting as a PMO for special projects, including expediting licensing renewals and obtaining new licenses, among other relevant tasks. Your contributions will include streamlining processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project management efforts. This will help the department achieve its goals more effectively and ensure that all regulatory requirements are monitored and ideally met.
Additional Job Description:
Minimum Education: Currently enrolled as a Master's in Law (LLM) student (within 4 months of graduation) or recently graduated from a Master's in law (LLM) program at an ABA University.
Degree: Currently enrolled in, or graduated from, a Master's Degree in Law program at an ABA University.
Minimum Experience: 2 years of prior law firm or inhouse counsel experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish or English-French)
Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently or as a part of a team.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills.
Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management. Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.
Requirement: Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 12-week program, starting June 2nd, 2025.
