Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a professional, innovative, and detail-oriented individual for our R&D Integration and Automation Engineer Intern position in Pullman, WA. The candidate for this position will be able to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer. If you are an enthusiastic team player who wishes to immediately apply your academic knowledge and are currently attending University near the Pullman or Moscow area, we encourage you to apply!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain knowledge in SEL processes and technologies.
2. Follow and apply SEL Values and Principles of Operations.
3. Understand. Create. Simplify.
4. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Electrical Engineering Degre
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Electric Power Systems.

Knowledge of Computer Networks Fundamentals.
