Integration Analyst, AIS (HYBRID)Advancement - Campaigns and Administration

Location: New Orleans, LA

Summary

The Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, developing and implementing integration solutions for Tulane University's Affinaquest/Salesforce alumni and fundraising system. The position involves creating real-time and batch integrations using tools such as Informatica's Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Apsona, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation between the fundraising system and both internal and external data sources. The position collaborates with Business Analysts, Programmers and the Application Administrator to deliver and maintain robust, scalable solutions. The Integration Analyst stays current on data management best practices, identifies opportunities for improving integration processes, implements improvements and documents decisions and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3+ years' experience in integration development* 2+ years' hands-on experience with Informatica IICS
Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

* Informatica Cloud Application Integration certification* Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services (REST and SOAP), and middleware technologies* Knowledge of data governance and data privacy regulations* Experience in a higher education setting
