Summary:

Project Details:

• Responsible for building, testing and maintaining the training/curriculum for the electronic health record
• Works closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and team members to assure project deadlines are met and to ensure all training reflect operational workflows, policies and procedures.
• Monitors training program effectiveness by reviewing workflows and preparing performance reports as needed
• Conducts training for trainers and provides refresher trainings as needed
• Coordinates and implements training for trainers and/or end users regarding system software upgrades and updates

Job Experience:

• Knowledge of web-based e-learning and other new media applications, instructional design models and design aesthetics with an ability to design print materials that appeal to a variety of learning styles is preferred
• Ability to use and apply multi-media into presentations
• Ability to navigate on Intranets and Internets including performing searches and research
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
