Position breakdown: Inside sales representatives have the responsibility of both sales and support, working in concert with their partner and lead account representative, the Outside Sales Representative. They will conduct online research of potential clients, call to qualify new prospects and build an organizational profile, prospect (individual) profiles, as well as project profiles and maintain company and client data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. They will also generate and further develop qualified leads from Telesales and turn over qualified leads to outside sales representatives and book client-facing appointments. Lastly, they will provide a high-level of direct customer support and administrative support for their respective sales team.

Duties for the Inside Sales Representative include:

* Identifying market leads.
* Identifying opportunities to submit proposals
* Prospecting for new customers.
* Verifying and expanding prospect account profiles using Profile Forms/Scripts
* Collecting information about customer/prospect companies and the markets they serve to expand company profiles
* Conducting phone research with potential new customers to determine if they have a need for our services.
* Booking offsite presentations to current and potential customers.
* Quoting terms and offers within permitted parameters to ensure the greatest possible sales price and consistency in the market segment.
* Developing/maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers to facilitate future selling opportunities as well as maintaining current sales.
* Collaborating cross-functionally and / or with leadership to address and manage client-related issues, including but not limited to customer satisfaction, product or technical issues, service and installation issues, and accounts receivable aging.
* Maintaining accurate automated customer records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tool to facilitate positive customer communications, service, and satisfaction.
* Providing direct customer support and administrative support for their respective team.
