IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced IAM Technical SME to join one of our top clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization, leveraging your technical expertise in Okta and Azure AD to drive secure and efficient system operations. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IAM Technical SME:

• Configure Salesforce and custom Java applications to support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in Okta.

• Collaborate with the MyWisconsin ID team for stand-ups, approvals, and design updates.

• Identify and mitigate implementation risks through collaboration with relevant stakeholders and regression testing.

• Deliver presentations, recorded demonstration videos, standard operating procedures, and desk aids.

• This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.

Required Skills for IAM Technical SME:

• Okta certification and proven experience as an Okta technical subject matter expert.

• Strong understanding of SSO and SSO configuration in Okta and Azure AD.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in requirement development and sprint planning.
