Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern PA is a 86-bed licensed, acute care behavioral hospital that provides a safe, nurturing environment for the treatment of complex mental health issues. We offer innovative, customized treatment for individuals struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues. POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Specialist performs confidential administrative tasks associated with the human resources management of the hospital, assisting with recruitment, compliance, risk management, workers' compensation, orientation of new employees and record keeping.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience, preferably performing a combination of HR, payroll and administrative job duties.
• Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations preferred
• Strong communications skills.
