Why We Need you!

Ivanti is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist who's eager to support the company's overall business goals and objectives through HR support and guidance.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Serve as a trusted HR professional, contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives through HR support and guidance

• Develop programs to increase employee satisfaction and engagement and improve employee retention

• Participate in HR projects and serve as project manager as needed

• Collaborate with global HR team

• Research, recommend and implement HR best practices and innovations

• Optimize existing processes

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

• 1-3 years of HR operations specialist or coordinator experience

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Experience with the development and execution of HR programs and projects

• Experience utilizing a HRIS system. Experience with Workday is a plus

• Project management skills

• Work well with all employee levels across the organization

• Highly collaborative
