Our client is seeking an individual with a technical background to join their team to provide help desk support. In this position, you will provides first level IT support for all end-users with excellent customer service skills. You will write tickets and resolve hardware/software/systems issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Customer Service - Confident and professional, helpful and willing to resolve and do what's needed to help the customer out, figuring out how to get issues resolved; excellent verbal communication will set them apart
• Reimaging experience- stores don't use registers, so when they do for the holidays it needs reimaged
• General IT experience or degree

Nice to haves:

• Jira or expeirence with other ticketing systems
• Store related issues, independently troubleshooting and ensuring registers run on desktops
• Experience with Login errors
• POS experience is ideal

*** This position requires candidates to be local to Pittsburgh, PA and may require work on weekends.
