Who We Are:
SwRI Security Team member. This office provides a range of security capabilities to include physical, personnel, and information systems security.
Objectives of this Role:
- Control personnel and vehicle access on to the Institute.
- Operate visitor management system.
- Conduct checks of identification credentials to validate authenticity.
- Conduct searches under the direct supervision of management.
- Assist Physical Security Supervisor with Security Control Center operations.
- Check individual credentials against access control lists.
- Identify unauthorized credentials.
- Control vehicle traffic flow.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Eligibility to receive a security clearance is required.
- Shift work required.
- 2-5 years: Access and traffic control.
- A valid/clear driver's license is required.
Special Requirements:
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
