Job Description

• Organize and direct one shift of the Cold End department.
• Ensure adherence to Safety, Quality, and Production KPI's.
• Have an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure accurate reporting and submittal of Quality and Production documents.
• Train and develop employees and maintain good labor relations with the effective application of the labor contract.
• Responsible for staffing the shift.
• Coordinate and implement job changes with applicable departments ensuring efficient changes in terms of time and quality.
• Prepare work assignments for employees and maintain accurate record keeping.
• Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of an Associate s Degree in technical or business related field.

Job Requirements

• Will consider a combination of education and or equivalent relevant experience in production manufacturing and supervision.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a team based environment.
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills with good team dynamics and possess strong planning and organizational skills.
• Must have basic computer skills and have knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Applications.
• 2 Shifts (a,b,c, & d crews); 12 Hour Shifts: 2 Weeks Days/ 2 Weeks Nights, 3 on 2 off ( off every other weekend)
