RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire a Financial Planning Analyst I in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO).Summary:Each year, we help more than 30,000 people find the opportunities they are looking for and we specialize in finance and accounting direct hire positions. The position is hybrid, in office and WFH combo, therefore the client is searching for local candidates.Responsibilities include:- The Operational Financial Analyst I will assist with budgeting and forecast processes
- Prepare variance analysis and assist with reporting
- Develop and maintain financial and operational reports
- As an Operational Financial Analyst I, you will assist with KPI's
- Collaborate with other departments on improvement projects
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
