The Financial Controller manages all financial functions at Munters Lansing, including accounting, reporting, cash flow, cost accounting, internal controls, and audit compliance. The role supports local management by providing financial analysis and helping implement business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements (US GAAP, IFRS).
• Provide financial data and KPIs to management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and product costing.
• Implement and monitor internal controls.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Credit functions.
• Lead or participate in audits and projects.
• Report financial updates to senior management and maintain relationships with the corporate office.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred.
• Certifications: CPA.
• Experience: 5-7 years in accounting, 3-5 years of supervisory experience, with manufacturing and cost accounting experience.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and business-minded.
