Consumer Banking intern, under direct supervision, will support the identified Consumer Banking team to assist Managing Director - Field Operations and gain exposure to a variety of consumer banking functions.

• Assist Field Operations Team with outreach and response tracking to/from BCN
• Work on special projects, entering data, working on excel spreadsheets, and other tasks as needed.
• Under direct supervision may assist with preparing colleague and/or team communications
• May assist with preparing operational or account workshops and tasks.

• Support the team with creation of job aids and guides.
• Provide administrative support to the back-office team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills & ability to muti-task
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
