Description: The Judge Group is seeking an Engineering Technician for a contract opportunity with a Medical Device client

Job Title: Electronics Technician

Location: Marlborough, MA - Fully Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot electronic circuitry down to the component level.
• Assist in building and validating test fixtures

• Rework circuit boards, including SMT components.
• Construct cables for test fixtures and prototypes based on provided drawings.
• Develop proof-of-concept prototype circuits from schematic drawings.
• Perform functional testing following written procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Associate of Science degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
• Proficiency with circuits, including mixed signal, sensor, microprocessors, gate arrays, and digital I/O.
• Strong soldering skills, including SMT components.
• Experience with various crimping tools for wires down to 30 AWG.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Visio).
• Strong debugging skills.
