You have completed a BS in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in an engineering role for at least 5 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in development of others

- Knowledge of pressurized water reactors and reload licensing analyses process is desired.
- Knowledge in safety analysis, core design and core operating data packages is desired.
- Knowledge of plant startup procedures and Zero Power Physics Testing is beneficial.

Your OpportunityThis full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Engineering Supervisor, Reload Licensing in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:
- Assigning tasks to team members and plan, organize, and direct the reload licensing and operations support team activities.
- Supervising workflows to ensure deliverables are safe, high quality, on time, and within budget.
- Providing technical oversight of group work products, facilitating resolution of technical issues and communicating them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Reporting progress, identifying impediments and issues up to management.
- Performing personnel reviews and tracking goals and objectives of the performance for team members.
- Facilitating professional growth and development of group members.
- Ensuring core skills are maintained and new employees are trained and qualified in reload processes for all methods used by the team.
- Supporting Fuels proposal efforts, including coordination of multi-disciplinary work scopes with other Framatome business units (e.g. I&C and Installed Base Projects & Engineering business units).
- Represent Framatome in industry meetings, as needed.

Your Total Rewards PackageThe range of base salary for the position is between $95,000 - $129,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
