We are looking for an Engineer, Quality - Systems & Data who will join our team.

The Quality Systems & Data Engineer will create dashboards and reports based on quality data for use within the company. The Engineer will also aid in maintaining the company's Quality Management Systems (QMS) and further develop the quality culture. They will be responsible for certain aspects of our Quality Management System such as DFMEAs (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis); root cause and CAPAs (Corrective Action, Preventive Action); conducting quality audits; developing and executing training and supporting continuous improvement projects. This person will work cross functionally and interact with multiple vendors, manufacturing sites and warehouses.

In this role you will:
Develop new and support existing Quality dashboards and reports using Tableau.
Provide data analytics support for all Quality business units.
Develop content in eQMS software to support Quality goals.
Facilitate DFMEA and PFMEA development sessions
Manage outstanding CAPAs and assist with root cause investigations as necessary.
Conduct an annual gap assessment.
Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to be successful:
• Bachelor's Degree, Sciences, Engineering
• Desired: ASQ CQIA, ASQ CQPA, ASQ CQA, ASQ CQE
• 2 - 4 Years of experience preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Good understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Proficient in data analysis and statistical techniques and software (e.g. MS Excel, Google Sheets, Minitab)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines as priorities shift
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tool creating dashboards and reports from a variety of data sources in support of Quality metrics or KPIs
• Experience utilizing iAuditor by SafetyCulture or other eQMS software
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and various levels of management
• Quality Auditing experience
• Quality training experience
• Good understanding of the basics of SAP
• Familiarity with Salesforce

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $75,000.00 - $88,200.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
