A day in the life.

As our Employee Benefits RFP Associate on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll assist the Marketing Specialist with case submissions or enter information in the carrier rating systems according to the specifications required by the carrier. You will review quotes received and thoroughly and correctly enter the proposals on a Cost and Benefits Analysis.

As the Employee Benefits RFP Associate, you will participate in the case intake call with the Client Team to understand the unique needs of the RFP. Throughout the RFP process, you will follow up with carriers to provide them with additional information as needed. Part of your role will also involve reviewing information submitted by the Client Manager and confirms the completeness of the data.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• Early career experience with employee health & benefits insurance and/or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience with RFP process in insurance broker space
