Your new company:
5 Decade old MEP company involved in a variety of exciting projects, including luxury high-rise residential condos, hotels, retail chains, museums, and institutional projects.

Your new role:
As an Electrical Engineer and Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing Electrical, Fire Alarm, and Low Voltage (Communication, Audio/Visual, and Security) Systems from inception to completing construction documents. You will also oversee all phases of design from schematics through construction administration, meet with clients to develop project scope, survey existing building conditions, prepare reports and drawings, and develop project specifications. Additionally, you will coordinate between architectural and engineering disciplines and mentor junior electrical engineers and designers.

What you'll need to succeed:

-Minimum of 3 years' experience in Electrical Service & Power Distribution, Fire Alarm & Low Voltage Systems.Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
-Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).LEED
-Certification.Knowledge of Building & Energy Codes, NEC, NFPA Requirements.
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide solutions to complex projects under pressure.
-Strong project management skills.
-Effective written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.
