The Director, Talent Management is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive talent management program and framework that aligns with our Core Values and drives our culture of excellence. This role plays a pivotal part in providing the tools and resources to shape our leadership pipeline and ensure a high-performing workforce. In collaboration with the HR Business Partner team, the Director, Talent Management is responsible for leading initiatives around succession planning, talent reviews, leadership assessment, and leadership development programs. This role serves as a subject matter expert and thought leader to the HR Business Partner team and management for topics related to talent management.
