Who You'll Work With

This is a role focused on Slalom's internal transformation, with no external client responsibilities. As the Director of Product Delivery, you'll report to the Senior Director of Business Transformation and lead the Salesforce product team, which includes both product and engineering aspects. You'll work closely with key internal stakeholders, including the marketing, finance, and technology teams, to drive innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and manage the Salesforce product team, ensuring alignment and successful execution of product and engineering deliverables.
  • Drive a significant business transformation for Slalom within the first six months of joining, ensuring its successful delivery.
  • Develop the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the product team's future efforts, focusing on long-term objectives and sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate heavily across the organization, working closely with the marketing, finance, and technology teams.
  • Build and nurture relationships with other product teams, ensuring alignment and successful cross-functional delivery.
  • Take an innovative approach to existing processes, reimagining or reinventing them to elevate outcomes.
  • Balance strong operational execution with strategic leadership, taking existing visions across the finish line while defining new roadmaps and initiatives for the future.
  • Ensure the delivery of the roadmap on time and work towards improving sales efficiencies.
What You'll Bring
  • Significant experience in both operational execution and strategic product development, ideally having led product and engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
  • Experience with Salesforce and AWS is preferred but not required.
  • Exposure to machine learning models and data science is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale transformation projects.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse internal teams.
  • A passion for innovation, constantly seeking ways to reimagine and elevate existing processes.
Key Success Metrics
  • Ability to deliver the expected business transformation within the first six months.
  • Development of a strategic roadmap, and the ability to deliver that roadmap on time.
  • Improvement of sales efficiencies.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $150,000 to $200,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
