Our client, a multi-faceted company, is seeking a direct-hire Director of Human Resources to join their busy office!

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of benefits and total rewards packages.
• Track different budgets, review invoices, and handle vendor payment approvals.
• Collaborate on training, development, and recruitment priorities.
• Handle employee relations and engagement.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Supervise a small Human Resources support team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience required at the Senior Manager or Director level.
• HRIS experience is required; ADP experience is a plus!
• Comfortable as a strategic leader and hands-on day-to-day contributor.
• Knowledge of employment laws on a federal, state, and local level.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Washington, DC.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary range of $115K-$125K (DOE) with a targeted 15% annual bonus.
• Comprehensive benefits package.
• Parking provided at the Washington, DC office.
