Hays Commercial Real Estate have partnered with a New York-based owner operator, who are seeking a Director to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy and operational plan for amenity spaces across their office and residential assets. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to identify amenities/services that meet tenant demands, both now and in the future. Duties will also include implementing hospitality training for in-house building staff who interact with tenants and visitors on a day-to-day basis.

This position, based out of the group's New York head office, will utilize your expertise in delivering first class amenity spaces for both commercial and residential buildings. Collaborating with asset and portfolio management, you will play a vital role in aligning procedures and maximizing efficiency across all assets.
